I have downloaded this file and am working on trying to get it up and running. Having some difficulty in compiling with BCC 5.5, but maybe you'll have better luck!
Also, Borland has a DL at their ftp site, but it's incomplete. The .OBJ files from the assembler files are not included, and many of the assembler include files are missing, so you can't remake the library. But again, maybe you'll have better luck!
