Turbo Assmbler IN Turbo C++3.0

In Turbo C++3.0 has the item "Turbo Assembler". I think, it's as an eviroment for assembly language. But I couldn't use it to compile a true program written in tasm.
Please show me how to use it, or another program used as enviroment for assembly.
