I have been working on a problem with getting a directors palm to sync up with his outlook. Everything works fine except for the calendar. When he does a sync any changes or meetings made in outlook will go to the handheld, but any changes or meetings added to the handheld wont be brought over to outlook. I have done all of the office and windows updates, tried using the newest version of the palm desktop, tried the conduit update, uninstalled then reinstalled both office and palm desktop i also tried banging my head against the montior but that didn't seem to help either. I installed the Conduit switcher and even then it will write all changes to palm desktop but not to outlook. PLEASE HELP!!!

I am having issues synching the whole outlook suite with outlook 2000 - llbobbydll how do you have yours setup? i just went through the regular setup but it doesn't synch, all ips, etc are ok. What do you have as the incoming and outgoing mail servers? i have the ip of my exchange for both is that right? and i put the username in the account for exchange and the password as well - i should be good to go no?

I use Dataviz 3rd party sync tools on my Tungsten E2 and have no problems with bidirectional syncs. I purposefully do not try to sync anywhere than via bluetooth or USB directly with my lap top. That would be a sure fire approach that will work flawlessly. Costs a bit for the software.
