TTY Problems

Would anyone have any suggestions on why a TTY machine would be receiving only bits of a message?

Exp- This is what someone would type to a TTY machine- “Hope you have a nice day”

The user on the other end would receive – “ H you ave a nice day”

They are not getting the whole message

Avaya G450 platform- S8500 switch

Any thought?

We use the Superprint Pro80 LVD and found we had to set the following settings to get it to work properly:

CODE <BAUDOT>
TURBO CODE <OFF>
AUTO ID <OFF>
DIAL USING <TONE>
EDIT PREFIX <NO>
INTERRUPT <OFF>
