Another question using CCR and IP OFFICE Advanced Edition.

All is running OK. Now i installed AVAYA SCANSOFT TTS. In the control panel appears 3 voices in Spanish but in the VMPRO always use the default in english. I change the voice in the Windows Control Panel but nothing change.

Any idea?.

Did you start the VM pro service with the local Admin or Domain Admin rights?
It will not work with the system account.

I restart the server and I have the same problem.
Of course, I have TTS license but only read text in the Sam voice XD.

The VM pro service is running using Admin rights. All runs ok and all the VM pro features runs ok, but I have this problem using voices.

It will be using the $loc value passed it by the IP-Office to determine the language to use. You could preceed the speek text action with a select language action and select Spanish.
