TTS (ScanSoft) - can I download it?

I have IPO V6.0 with TTS (ScanSoft) License. I found the information about the IPO DVD TTS Set.
Quotation from documentation:
"Voicemail Pro is supplied the IP Office User and Admin Applications DVD. Voicemail Pro ScanSoft TTS is supplied as a separate 2 DVD set."
I couldn't find this software on AVAYA support site.
I have question: Can I download this software from other sites? Can I only buy it?
