Hello-

We are having an issue with TTI at remote LSP's across the Network. When technicians attempt to TTI in phones we get wave off tone.

I have checked sys parameter features and status TTI. Complete at 100%. Disabled/Enabled TTI and no change to TTI of phone in/merge.

We have alarms on the main CM which are 1412 and 1392 which show on Avaya Documentation to ignore.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

you should get a denial event when the merge code fails.

Make sure you do not have a conflict with the xported station number and your uniform dialplan.

Thanks for the heads up...

This does not to appear to be a xported or dialplan issue. This works fine if the ext is manually ported, and when I change the system parameters on the core, TTI works fine. Looks to be a issue with the Media Gateway. Have you ever come across anything like this?

Thanks in advance!

does "list config media-gateway x" show "t" or "p" on the ports?
what do you get when you go off hook?
what are you dialing, what is returned?
