hello,

Does anybody know what could have caused this issue?

Avaya IPOCC installation worked initially, then later it started giving an error "No license server registered" and i was able to open the license manager via the browser, the licenses are installed.

I also realized the "TT Trace Display wasn't showing the applications at all" and when watchdog service is started, other services do not start automatically.

Please any advice on next step to take?

Check the Watchdog config, there should be a default config you can load if it's empty.

The same situation happened with me today, and all services starts automatically expect PostgreSQL 9.3. Showing the following message:

The IPOCC PostgreSQL 9.3 service on Local Computer started then stopped. Some services stops automatically if they are not use by another services or programs.

Has the hostname on the IPOCC server changed? If you change the hostname on the server from the configuration that was originally created when the IPOCC was built it will cause the symptoms you are reporting.

Ok so the PostgreSQL won't start. Probably when you start it, it stops right away.

I remember doing this : locate C:\ProgramData\Avaya\PostgreSQL\9.3\postmaster.pid. Check to see if it is empty (with notepad). If it is rename it _postmaster.pid. then restart watchdog.

If the file is not empty then remember that google is your best friend.
