Hi all,

I have a TSW configured for voip using IPLU to Alcatel Omni pbx. I can place and terminate calls both ways without an issue. Problem is, the caller on the TSW cannot hear what the person on the other side is saying - hence voice transmission is only one way. Does anyone know what settings i need to adopt to rectify this?

Good afternoon.
Try to switch off the fast start mode on IPLU.

vkrt, where is that done, is it on RODDI?

It becomes in settings of the payment of IPLU.
Under the FTP protocol copy to yourself the IPLU.CONF file you Change the FASTSTART parameter.
You fill in it back on IPLU and do restart of services of a payment through TELNET.
Information on it was at this forum.

Hi vkrt, i have made the change on config file, but problem persists. doesnt resolve the problem.
any other suggestion?

After change of the configuration file did service ipluappl restart?
/usr/local/bin/ipluappl -f /etc/iplu.conf

I would make some LAN traces to make sure RTP is being transmitted from the MD110 side.
