TSW Problem with OP 4224 DID .. Please reply quickly for important

hello
I have a problem With TSW system on OPerator 4224.
i set a DID (Direct in Dialing) on OP butit's not ringing in incoming call .. No Tone
when i put a DID for digital phone like 222 or other it's ringing Normally..
can anyone help me PLZ
