TSM and Client Server System Date changes

We have number of Test/Dev servers which are backed up by TSM, which we allow the developers and testers to roll the system date back/forth by 6 months for when developing/testing various type of batch jobs. Hence, various files may be created or changed with inconsistent timestamps.

Would A TSM Increment backup work correctly?
