TSE 6.1 SP0 HF2 with One Box 5.1

hi All,

i upgraded the system from TSW to TSE ver 4.1 SP4 (Mx-one server and classic media gateway including LSU-E and IPLUs)and One Box 5.1 with SIP integration.
and now i successfully upgraded the system to TSE ver 6.1 SP0 HF2, but i have a problem with the One Box as following:

when I calling from outside (analogue trunks is used on both TLU-83 and TLU-75) I can hear the welcome message but there is no response when I dial the extension number (there is no DTMF detection).

is there any help ?

Hi,

Check the IPLU and LSU-E firmware, you may need to have them upgraded
