Hi,

Need your help and advise.

We have this customer with existing two operators. Both are IP Phones 4425 with NOW Operator Applications.

Operator Phone 1: 3434 (DID 4555 3434)-Main Line
Operator Phone 2: 3444 (DID 4555 3444)

When we call 4555 3434, call will be routed to either 3434 or 3444 provided both are on duty.
When both are off duty, announcement will play saying "operators are busy at the moment".

But when we called 4555 3444, the call can't get through 3444, it always goes to same announcement as described above even Operator 3444 is on duty.

There is no changes made recently in the system.

The OPCTP is as follows:-

OPERATOR CALL TYPE DATA
CORG CALT ROU OACC CUST NDIR RERNUM CEN CCOP TIME OFLNUM SDAY SNIG
1 7 76 3434 - Y 3999 N N - - - -
2 7 76 3444 - Y 3999 N N - - - -

;Where 3999 is the voicemail number.

It seems that the system always detect that 3444 is always off duty.

Any idea what could be the problem?

Please help.

Thank you.

Hi,

Here is the OPCGP

OPERATOR CALL ORIGIN GROUP DATA
DIR

CORG --

2 00

Is is it because of the CORG 2 value is 0, that's why call for 4555 3444 go to the voicemail?

Another follow up question, since there is no incoming for 3444, how to set that if 3444 make outgoing call, it will show the mainline 4555 3434 instead of its own DDI 4555 3444. Thanks again.

You have no available operators in CORG 2, change it to 1
