I have set up a user to shadow other users by publishing the tsadmin.exe as an app, then going into the connection configuration on each server and giving that user authority to shadow. Earlier, before I set the conn. config up on each server, she was getting the Access Denied message when she tried to shadow. Now she gets "Error 231-All pipe instances are busy". I have done a search and found nothing on this. Does anyone have experience with this?
