TS Spy reasons Open Stream fails

The trace configuration on the TS Spy Options are checked for
"Auto-Trace New Streams"
"Show Internal Events"
"Log to File"
Then "Enable"
Under the Handle: should be the ServerID with the Login
AVAYA#AESx#CSTA#AESx for instance and nicecti
I do not see any data. Why?
TSLIB.INI shows IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx=450 not commented
Ping hostname and IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx returns so no issue with DNS?
NICE PERFORM 4.1 is recording and archiving, therefore the link is administered properly.

Is this nothing more than a permissions issue?

hi, have you enabled Spy in the nice gui? also integration dispatch service needs restarting for changes to take affect
