TS (RDP) slow to respond initially

I have a Win2K3 R2 TS server with 10 users. Not sure what was enable or changed to cause this, but there is a long delay (20-30 sec) before the RDP client connects. No delays with other networking to this machine though. Any ideas? I'm thinking this may be a common thing with Win2K3 TS and someone will know right away.

Where are your users connecting from? Did you check the user's DNS settings to ensure that they are correct?

Users are LAN, DNS is fine. Seems in the end it was licensing. I just licensed the server yesterday and as clients are now using the new CALs over the eval licenses. Zero delay for RDP to the server now.
