TS LICENSE ISSUE

Does a TS license has to be installed on both DC and TS server. I have installed license on DC only and tried to installed on the TS server but TS server wont let me.The ACTIVATE LICENSE is grayed out.Please help!!!!

The Terminal Services License server has to be done on a domain controller only.

The TS server will contact the domain controller to
issue a license for the user when they try to log on.

Thanks my friend. The problem has been resolved.I knew that this is the right way but wasn't sure.As a matter a fact the problem was improper DNS config that cut all traffic,impacted the speed of the network and authentication. There were a lot of errors into the Event Wiever about users loosing their SID. Problem resolved.Thanks for your answer
