I’m trying to figure out a way to utilize the intercept treatment in LD 15 to redirect external calls for an extension who’s CLS is set to FR1 which under normal conditions are directed to the operator. I would prefer it go to a RAN or even better to the voice mail system.
Anybody have a clue what INT treatment I would use or is there another way to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance

Mike

ini data nblk.. add your ran there, i don't know if you can add a dn which would send the call the mail.

that is not redirect, it's network blocked

I did what you told me however the calls still go to the attendant.
This is how I set it up for NBLK

NBLK----> OVF OVF OVF RAN
RAN 20-----> This RAN is already recorded for something else.
What do you think am I missing something

Thanks
Mike
