Trying to upload a site to th host

Hello,
I am very grateful if anyone can help me.I am trying to upload a web page to a host.I have all the pages and pics in a folder which i have sent to the host via ftp.However when I click on the webpage in the domain name...all it says is..'Done with errors".How do I make the first page..ie...index htm load when I click on the link?
Please Help... Anybody

Sounds like it is trying to load the page but the page contains some JavaScript errors. Please post URL or code. As long as you have named the page index or default .htm, .html, or possibly .asp and .cfm (depending on the host's allowable default pages) it should load. DeZiner

MY problem is..
I dont know how to upload the page to the host.This page was made in Powerpoint and I saved it as a web page.I then saved it as index.html and I have an "index_files" folder.When i used the ftp,i loaded the index page and all the files in the "index_files" folder.Everything uploads to the host but when i try to load the page, I get a 404.Can someone please show me sep by step how ican save a powerponit presentation as a web page and how i can load it?I feel like I have missed a small detail.
