Trying to get a crashed vm pro going again and need to record prompts for the auto attendant.
When I try and record (from the handset) the phone rings, the voice says record at the tone and I start talking. When done though, it creates the file with that name but the time shows 0.0 and playing back I get one brief click as if I hung up on it. Been fighting with this for an hour and I can't figure it out!
