Trying to save info on Form

Hi,

I'm looking to create a form with just a text area and a commit button. When the user fills in the text area and selects commit, the users name will be saved in the text area. I have searched the internet for a resolution and have found nothing. I can't use a cookie, because other people from other workstations need to be able to see the saved data. If this makes any sense and if anyone can guide me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

You need to use a server-side script for this like ASP.NET, PHP, ColdFusion, Perl, etc..
