Trying to make a MICROS 5A work on 9700

Hi everyone!

So we got our hands on a MICROS 5A which was loaded with Symphony however we are running the legacy 9700 server so we couldnt use it as it was - also we noticed that inside this MICROS 5A apart from the CF card, it has an SSD drive whereas our other 5As working on the 9700 have only the CF card - on testing we further confirmed that this 5A loads all from the SSD drive while the 5A we have loads all from the card.

To try and clone, we took an image from the card of one of our 5A and tried to restore it on the SSD of the 'new' 5A we got however it didnt work (see attached) - any ideas how we can get the new 5A to work with our 9700 server just like the other 5A we have are?

Que version de 9700 tienen?

Si la terminal tiene SSD? entonces tiene Windows POS, pero si tiene Windows CE y Compact Flash entonces se puede conectar a 9700.
