Trying to install agent: Error 7890046

Hi,

I am brand new to Viruscan/and just starting to get a handle on it. We are installing agents on clients. One client will not install and getting error message 7890046. It then renames COM library/File rename was successful. It then tries again..and fails w/error 7889992 and does not install successfully. This is a 98 machine. We have installed successfully on other 98 machines.

I have two questions...where can I find a report to id these error messages and any suggestions..?!

Haven't seen those error messages myself. Is that the EXACT error message?
