I am trying to identify some Nortel equipment in the basment of a
multi-story building.
There are 2 cabinets that look like Option-11s. We were able to get one of them open. I think they are some kind of battery back up, but I have never seen these before. The only number I was able to find on the inside was: NTN27 1(?)BA
It was kind of dark. I wrote down what I thought I saw.
Googled it and nothing came up.
Anybody have any idea?

4 batteries in them? Were they connected to Opt11C regular cabinets? They do make battery packs for the OPT11C cabinets.

No, they were not connected to an Option-11. I know what the battery backup for the 11's looks like.

These were 2 cabinets that were the same shape and size as an Option-11 but had 4 small batteries inside them and some other
parts that I have never seen before.
