Trying to get the email function to work in CMC

1. I am trying to set up the email function so I can send emails automatic to my outlook. I enable the smtp and setup my mail server information I belive. I added all the information to the report email, To: From: Can you plese tell me why this is not sending email to my outlook.

2. Everytime I go to run a report now I have to hit the space bar or Enter to activate the window to complete the process of the report. I never had to do this before. Can you tell me why I have to do this now.

I am using CR XI. When I run the report from Infoview after the window come up for the report a yellow box comes up at top left of window with a light gray border is around it as well around the report. The text read hit space or enter to activate window. The report still comes up if I do nothing. But when I run a report with parameters it will not run unless I press the space bar or enter.It is kindof weird for this to come up.

Hi,
Are you using the ActiveX viewer? If so, the settings in IE, since recent patches, require that message and behavior, due to how the cintrol is being called by InfoView ( and by BOEXI's other calling methods as well)

Try the DHTML one if that is the issue.
