Trying to get IPO inventory

New install 8.1. I go to the web browser, I can open and click the link for monitor and it works just fine, but when I try IP Office web link it just hangs on the loading IP Office web manager screen. This is 8.1 (67). Just for thew heck of it I loaded (65) and no luck either. I can get into other systems just fine, so I don't think its a web browser issue with IE. Any thoughts?

Just use Mananger, web manager has no place in an engineers arsenal anyway. But it's probably a java/plugin issue

I never use the web manager except to gather the inventory file needed to register the site. The only way I have done this is with web interface, can this be done in manager?

You can't. Only with the web manager.

I've had issues with the .65/.67 getting to the web manager, and it typically is a java issue. I've had the best luck using Chrome, however.

Had same issues there, I tried with firefox and it didnt work, so use IE or Chrome, and make sure java is working, look for addblock or things like this, it can block the screen
