I can't get the BCM to register with the NRS. I have entered all the information into the H323 trunk settings and made sure I put NAME: in front of the alias. The NRS side is setup as a static endpoint with RAS/H323 supported and Static SIP supported and I have NCS enabled on the endpoint. Anything I am missing?

Do you have the h323 ports open between the two sites? Any firewalls between them?

Also, did you restart the BCM after you made all those changes?

Yep on the second, I'll have to check on the ports but as far as I know they are open.

Just double check, the alias NAME: is it the same on both ends. It's charachter sensitive.

No, I have it as SL1, yep the name is the same on both ends.

It was a combination of things.

Changed the published IP to the LAN2 port
Add the NAME: in front of the endpoint name in the Alias field
Changed the gateway protocol to CSE instead of SL1.

I've done about 15 of them now and all but one came right up, I think it has other issues.
