This is just my humble guess, since I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve. If it's about connecting your forms, try the Subreport Wizard or insert a Command Button on the first form that wiil open the next one. My choice, however, would be a new form based on a query providing the data from and to your tables.
Just a guess, but

you're not alone, TomCologne

You can find pretty much the same in MS's "Northwind Traders" sample db, it's not free either, but you already paid for it and you should take full advantage of everything in there. I'm 'on' Acc97prof and have no clue wether "Northwind" comes with all versions.
The form on that site is actually multiple forms and Access offers a lot of options. In case you don't have the "Northwind", I would try one of the MS Acc Sample dbs, let the Wiz include sample data, and then start abusing all available Wizards to the limit. Once they're done, check the results and proceed to "Design View" to see how they did it.

A little help, hopefully.

Ok will play with the wizards, iam using access 2000 so not sure if they have it

hey thanks for the time in answering very much appreciated

No problem . I just checked my Off97 CD, "Northwind" is under OFFICE\SAMPLES, the " Customer Orders" form may be what you're looking for.
