I can create a list of users and the folder (client) to which they belong using a macro that pulls from Access Manager. Or I can create a reports that lists users and the number of times they have logged in. The problem is that I want to be able to combine these reports/lists. Any ideas?

If you're getting the login information from the Audit Package, you can edit that model to include your user list info with an appropriate join and then report on the combination.
