Trying to add ASG profile in CM 4.0

I'm attempting to add an ASG profile and am getting a response back saying "Bad ASG key." What am I doing wrong? Anyone care to share? Thanks!

Better yet, let me explain. I was asked to set up a "remote" login for a vendor. I'm assuming it is set up as ASG. Is that correct?

It does not have to be ASG, but it would be best. (also you can set the date and time for the login to disable itself in the web interface also.)
The error is spawned by not haveing the correct included digits most likely, it must be a complex password.
