I am trying to add another email domain to my server.
Exchange 2000 up to date with all patches running on Windows 2000

Right now, all users can receive emails from 2 domains, and I am trying to add a third.

In the properties of the user(me), I have added the domain as a smtp address but it not receiving any emails.

I added the second domain several months ago, and it worked fine.

Listed below is the report from DNSstuff.com email test.

Trying to connect to all mailservers:

mail.brockclay.com. - 199.72.45.66 [Could not connect: Got an unknown RCPT TO response: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable]

What does that mean, and what am I missing

Thanks for the help

did you add the 3rd domain to the default recipient policy too?
And if so, is you MX for that domain pointing the the same IP address as your other domains? Don't forget to wait a few hours before testing.
