Trying to add an Appearance, item dimmed. 1

Hello,

System: IPO500 v5.0.26 // Manager: 7.0.26.

I am trying to add an appearance button by means of User>Button Programming tab but the Appearance item in the action list [Dial Group User Advanced Appearance] is dimmed and can't select it. Why?.

They must be sequentially programmed with any other appearence keys, you can't leave gaps

older releases, e.g. 7, require appearances be sequential (e.g. call appearances first, then bridged appearances etc). Later releases (8+?) you can move stuff around etc.
