I have a table that contains pictures - right now they are the thumbnail only. i need to have the actual picture show up on the report for that table - ideally the user would like an option - print pictures? yes/no msgbox to open up upon opening the report - any suggestions?
Please?
Thanks much in advance

Not sure what you are needing here. Is it how to do the messagebox or how to print the report?

If you have the pictures in a report and open it up in Print Preview mode, the user can then choose to print it if they require. The other way is to have a report button which initially displays a messagebox with Yes/No buttons. If the user clicks yes, the report can be opened up in Print mode, i.e. it just prints the report. Otherwise, if the user clicks No, the report doesn't open.

If this is not what you meant, please let us know. Have fun!)

Sorry - i should have explained better - i'm bad at this...
I want to always print the report - the yes/no msg box was - for an option to print the picture on report or not.
the pictures are quite big - so we may not always need them printed out with the report
i want - when you get to the print preview the user to have the option - print picture?
know what i mean?
thanks!

I think so now. I am not sure if there is really any way of doing that with one report. My inclination would be to have two reports, one with the picture and one without, then have the system use the appropriate one depending on the user's input to the messagebox.

An alternative would be to play with the visible property of the picture depending on the user's choice, but you may have problems with the sizing of the report when the picture is not to be shown. Have fun!)
