Tryin to copy and paste an ext.

Working with a Panasonic DBS 576 V5.01. How would I determine the BSSC of the system? I'm tryin to copy ext 203 and paste to ext 204. Also is there a way for an extension not to have lines ringing at the extension but still have access to the lines? Thank you for any and all help.
