We are looking into re-selling a SIP provider and wondered if anyone has a rock solid provider.

I'll leave it to my esteemed colleagues over the pond answer this on then.

ACSS (SME)

Intelepeer are very good. Competitive pricing as well.

White Label is good. They are Geo Redundant and have some solid support. Their portal is pretty straight forward as well.

Just went through a couple conference calls with White Label. They seemed nice but I don't think we do the volume to keep up with their monthly partner fees. They really tried to push their cloud solution where we made it clear that we sell Avaya through Telagility.

Any suggestions for someone we wouldn't have to partner with?

Thanks. I'll check them out for sure. I like when they have documentation for your product directly.

Flowroute or Clearfly.

Though, I've been having some issues with flowroute lately.

I used to be an ACE. Now I'm just an Arse.

Still suggest intelepeer.

They are standard IP authenticated SIP trunks using a dedicated media server on the next IP address up from the SIP server IP.

Basically you set them up the same as you setup Gamma trunks.

We are in the process of switching all of our customers from CoreDial (avoid them like the plague) to White Label.

So far so good. SIP Trunks seem robust. Support has been great. Satisfied in my decision thus far. Just a ton of work.

White Label was really pushy with us trying to get us on board for all their services. We made it clear we only needed a turnkey sip provider for an install every once in a while. They basically insulted our sales staff when we told them we had no interest in their cloud hosted solutions.

We are likely going to sell/obtain trunks through Intermedia since we have an existing partnership through them for other services.
