We are looking into re-selling a SIP provider and wondered if anyone has a rock solid provider.

Just went through a couple conference calls with White Label. They seemed nice but I don't think we do the volume to keep up with their monthly partner fees. They really tried to push their cloud solution where we made it clear that we sell Avaya through Telagility.
Any suggestions for someone we wouldn't have to partner with?
I have found Skyetel to be the easiest that I implement on a regular basis. Needs a public IP and firewall programming to support. They have IP Office configuration how-to on the wiki
White Label was really pushy with us trying to get us on board for all their services. We made it clear we only needed a turnkey sip provider for an install every once in a while. They basically insulted our sales staff when we told them we had no interest in their cloud hosted solutions.
We are likely going to sell/obtain trunks through Intermedia since we have an existing partnership through them for other services.
