We are working with 3 Domains over a Wan connection.

DOM1(SP),DOM2(RJ),DOM3(BS)

SP trust in BS AND BS trust in SP (established)
RJ trust in BS AND BS trust in RJ (established)
RJ trust in SP but SP can't connect to RJ. (broken)

The lmhosts is right configured.

The message error is (could not find DC for this Domain).
Whe can ping the server. But we can't find the computer PDC by the Find| Computer utilite.

Any tip will be well coming.

When you say that lmhosts is configured correctly, did you include the #PRE and #DOM tags? In other words, the entry should point directly to the PDC on the remote domain, from the PDC of the local domain, something like this (you'll need to have the lmhosts files configured on both domain controllers):

192.168.12.4 pdc1 #PRE #DOM:RJ

Also, make sure the lmhosts file doesn't have an extension, because the sample included with NT is actually lmhosts.sam.

Hope this helps... - Bill
