Trust Relationship, can not reestablish trust

I am trying to reestablish a trust between two domains within my network. I have a trust relationship working one way but the second trust realtionship has broken and when I try to redo the trust I add the site A to site B's trusting domain list but when I try to add site B to Site A's Trusted Domain list it says " Cannot create a file when that file already exists" .


Any ideas?

Your local domain SID is probably corrupt.
You will need to completely remove and re-establish the trust relationship from scratch.

I wish there was an easier workaround then the one microsfot has listed.

There is. Assuming that you have the Resource Kit have a look at the netdom command
