Hallo!
we just brought in second voice provider. Have now trunk group 1 for our old provider and trunk group 2 for the new.
ALL OUTGOING TRAFFIC must go over trunk group 2, so make settings there to "outgoing" and it's fine. Need to receive the calls over the trunk group 1, old provider lines as they owning our number range, but when want to change the setting there from "both ways" to "incoming", does not accept, says "Trunk group in a routing pattern-cannot change to incoming." Any suggestions? Thanks indeed!

do a "list route-pattern"
Change all the route paterns that uses the old trunk group (1)to use the new trunk group(2). That would do it.

Rasnea, thanks, did it!
But now -when I want to change trunk group 1 to "outgoing", it takes me to the 3rd page "Group member assignement", highlights 3rd port 01A1503 and says "object in use, please try later". What it might be??? thanks!

That means you have an ongoing call on that trunk member. Do a "status trunk 1" and se if anyone is
in-service/active. If anyone is in service you can´t change the trunk group. The hard way is a to do a "busy-out trunk 1" that would allow you to do the change BUT that would also disconnect all active calls on that trunk group....

rasnea!

excellent, BIG BIG thanks!
Have a great weekend!
