Hi guys,

I as wondering if someone can help me to know the meaning of the trunk utilization % column in a tm report.

You know I have in a busy hour 457 in the all trunks busy column but the trunk utilization % shows only 77.

I want to understand this field.

Is there a tm reports manual?

Thanks in advance

Easy math:

Add the two CCS columns and call that "Actual_CCS"

Take the number of trunks x 36 (the maximum CCS per hour per trunk) and call that "Possible_CCS"

Trunk Utilization = [Actual_CCS / Possible_CCS]

You can have All Trunks Busy but still not be 100% Utilization, since the All Trunks Busy did not last the whole hour.
