Trunk to Trunk Transfering Screeching Sound?

Hello,
A customer has a 6.1 (12) with analog trunks on an expansion module that is requiring external forwarding. However, when transfering to the user through vm pro with unconditional forwarding set to on, a very loud screeching sound is made when the second trunk is seized to dial out. The sound is also heard by the person recieving the call.
I have accomplished this before with other systems that were of a 5.0 (18) release and besides the release difference or telco carrier, the only thing I can think to be the difference is that the other systems were doing this with analog trunks within the base control unit and not on an expansion module.
I have mirrored the settings to match the successful systems with no change. Any Ideas??
Thanks in advance

HSM,
I have only rebooted the IPO several times. I did not think the problem was related to the VM PC. I can reboot now and let you know. Thanks

The problem continues even after a reboot of the IPO and the VM Pro server. Very Strange.

Do you get the same screech when making a regular conference call? There were some 412 control units with bad conference chips that had issues. If you manually transfer a call off-site, do you get the same result?

indeed. I suspect a possible hardware fault.

you could try and also just re-run the BIN files over it again as well.

Had that happen on a IP500V2 not too long ago and solved it with resistors in the analog lines to dull the lines down a bit (they had about 45mA when off hook) and then re-run the impedance matching tool.
I used two 660 Ohm resistors per line but you can use anything really as long as you put in the same value on tip and ring.

I've ran into this same issue recently. I'm gonna give Westi's suggestion a shot...

Thanks all for the help. I'll be on site next week and try the resistors. I'll keep you posted on the result. Thanks Agian!
