Trunk to trunk transfer - NEC SV9100

Hello all,

Could you please help me the trunk to trunk transfer
I have setup NEC SV9100, have check 14-01-13 for trunk to trunk transfer.
Issue : I make a call from outside phone A to operator, operator transfer to outside phone B, operator hang up, outside phone B also automatic hang up

Check MB 20-07-05. It should be allowed.

Have you stayed on the phone til the call is completed?

Yes,completed, Because I test on my Labs at company. all my customer have issue like that( SV9100, Sl2100 )
I try to test on Panasonic Labs Pabx, its can transfer.

14-01-13 on (for all trunks)
20-11-06 on
20-11-14 off
14-01-26 Normal

What is the application? Is it like a couple phones? If it is you might try mobile ext? I know I can do this because we do this like all the time. Are you using CAP keys or loop keys?
