Trunk timeout

Hi!

I've just completed setting up a DS1 TN767E card with a 24 member trunk group. When I make a test call using the Trunk Access Code the call only stays up for 3 minutes then drops. It only happens when I initiate the call. I've reviewed the timeout values in the trunk group configurations, but nothing jumps off the page at me. It's configured with all the default timeout values. Is this just a 'built-in' timeout when dialing via the TAC?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
 
Is this the first T1 in the system? If so check "change synchronization" to see if the card is in synchronization. Or look at your errors for that slot. Wisdom is Knowledge

No, it's not the first T1 in my system. It's connected to a Cisco 3640 VWIC to provide IP voice calls. This is a pilot project, so I'm just using the TAC to make test calls. No AAR or route-pattern stuff is configured yet. I can complete a call just fine, but it dumps after 3 minutes consistently. I will check the errors for the slot though.

Restart ANI from Caller Category? y
Number of Incoming ANI Digits: 0
Number of Outgoing ANI Digits: 0
Truncate Station Number in ANI: no
Address Digits Include End-of-digits Signal? n
Call Category for Vector ii-digits? n
Request CPN at Start of Call? n
Do Not Send Group B Signals to CO? n
ANI Source for Forwarded & Covered Calls: caller
and then check for the problem again.

I would guess the problem may be in the Cisco. The Definity does not have anything that would timeout a call. Even if a truck was tied up all day, it would never disconnect, it uses ACA (Automatic Circuit Assurance) to notify the consule operator instead.
