Trunk SIP : forward CALL => no voice ! 1

Hi,

I'm french, sorry for my english ;)

I have a IPO500 V5.0.18 with a sip trunk for in/out call.

My problem is :
- When i forward a internal call to outside phone (ex : GSM) : OK
- When i forward a call manually to outside phone (ex : GSM) : OK
- When i have a auto forward of a internal phone, to outside phone (ex : GSM), it's ONLY if the call is a internal call.

- When i have a auto forward of a internal phone, to outside phone (ex : GSM), and IF the original call is a external call (ex : GSM or another), i have a no voice and the phone hang up (20sec)

Help me please !!

i had the same issue no voice on forwarded call on the same sip trunk on V5
ip500

Systems setup
Avaya IP500 v5.0.15
Draytek Vigor 2820 router/firewall
Voiceflex SIP trunks
Voiceflex STUN

to get it working i had to open firewall ports 5060 to 5080 UDP ,10000 to 53246 UDP and 3478 UDP/TCP
then do a port forwarding of the above ports to the internal address of the IP500

Also tick use STUN in sip trunk setup.

This set up fixed the problem for me, i have now upgrade the IP500 to V6.0.8 and still ok

Just to be sure to understand your response :

Theses parameters (open port 5060->5080 UDP ; 10000 to 53246 ....) work fine with your IPO V5 ?

AND theses parameters (open port 5060->5080 UDP ; 10000 to 53246 ....) work fine with your IPO V6 ?
