Hi All

I am running IPO V2 9.1.6 SCN
Is there a way to set an ISDN trunk for incoming to start at the bottom of the channels and outgoing to start at the top and if the trunk is full to overflow over the SCN trunk to out over another site ?

Thanks

You can't change the order it uses outgoing channels, the service provider could probably set the incoming but I don't see what your gain is in that.

If the lines are full you should still be able to send an outgoing call to the SCN line.

Thanks. I think I've sorted it. You can change the trunk from ETSI to ETSI CHI which gives the option to go 1-30 or 30-1 also in the ARS you can set the overflow to the SCN trunk

Look at that, it actually says so in the help, I always thought it had something to do with China =)

You would need to tell you service provider to hunt from 1-30, usually they have cyclical as default.
