Hi guys
I have a user with a phone (IP 35G) and I want to send every digit that this subscriber dials directly to an analog trunk (without dialing the prefix).
I have currently assigned a prefix to use the analog trunk and using the hotline, immediately after off hook the phone, the prefix is dialed and then all digits are sent to the analog trunk without this prefix.
But this situation works correctly until the subscriber first hangs up or presses the speaker key and then starts dialing.
If the subscriber dials directly (without hanging up or pressing the speaker), there are two problems:
1- With the first digit he dials, the speaker is automatically activated and the digits are also sent, but the first digit is ignored! Why?
2- Also in this case the dialed numbers are not displayed on the screen and only the first digit (the one that was ignored) is displayed.
-Is there a solution to these problems?
-Is there no solution other than a hot line to send numbers directly to an analog trunk?
