We are experiencing static and echo on some of our calls. It doesn't happen on every call just evry now and then. I am trying to test each trunk member by using the access code for its route then dialing a number.
Our trunk members are set to ring sequentially or "round robin" so each time I place a new call I automatically get the next available trunk in numeric order.
example: first call gets member1 - second call gets member2 - etc.
I was wondering if there is a way to select a specific trunk member to use each time when I place my test calls.
example: first call gets member1 - second call gets member1 - third call gets member1 - and so on until I'm ready to start testing on member2.
Any help would be appreciated. I hope I'm making sense.
