First thing you can try is block the device,
When the call is ended the PBX will block the line. After the lines are free you can remove them
Blocking:
BLEQI:EQU=

Good luck!

RFPUI:UNIT=DTRS1,LIM=1;
RFBOI:BPOS=1-1-10;

Did you RFPUI:LIM=1,UNIT=TLP60&SLP60;
This should release the circuits.

LINE STATE is stored in DTRS1. RFPUI this unit and you are sweet but your next problem is, if there is A number presentation this will disappear if your DTR is not updated by CNI upgrade. For safety restart this unit only if there is no external traffic. //patcher

Thanks for all!
RFPUI:unit=slp60&tlp60 solved my problem!
