Trunk Line going directly to a use

Hi All,
Having a weird problem. One of my trunks is going directly to a user without being configured that way.
The card was recently replaced because that specific port was dropping incoming calls on first ring. That problem is fixed!

This problem was having prior to card being replaced, same user involved. Could not figure out why callers were hanging up on her.

any way, i have 6 analog lines, all on Group ID 0. ICR: 0 set to AA.

when i call each line AA answers, except this particular line. It goes directly to the users phone.

I tried creating a new ICR Group ID 1, with just this one line set at 1, and set for AA. The line simply continues to ring. AA never picks up.

Any ideas??

Very strange, now it seems to be working normally. Nothing was done.

I checked her line appearance and the line did not show up.

oh well, sorry guys.
