Trunk Group Member State/Disconnected?

We have a port showing disconnected on our CO trunk.

Test results are showing Error Code 1005. Does anyone know this error code or where I can reference it?

What type of line is it? loop start or Ground start?

It's a 2 way Voice Loop Start

That line most likely has no diatone on it. You could put a butt set on it at the D-Mark and see if it works there. Or put an analog phone on it to test it.

I have no dial tone at the de-marc I will open a ticket with our LEC. Thanks
