I have an LSP in Germany, off of an ESS in the States. When people call from outside of what is considered the local area code in Germany to a DDI in the LSP the call hits the phone system but they are going to the operator which is here in the states in stead of the desired DDI. I am new to the international thing. I am working with Deutsche Telecom and they say its not them its something we are doing. I have been looking and trying to figure it out but I am not having luck.

My latest thought revolves around the Supplemenatary Service protocol. Currently set to A (national) I was wondering if this should be set to C(ETSI) Does anyone have any thoughts...

This is how our ISDN trunk group in our LSP site in Germany is set... Not sure about your config, but this may help.

Thanks 98converter. I am going to try it. The only thing I am not sure on is the digit treatment. I have a call out to deutsche telcom to see if they can send us the same number of digits. From Trace routes I have done Deutsche telecom seems to be sending us different lengths. Thanks again.....
